In order to make our Twineham Grange Italian-style hard cheese we skim off the cream and with the cream we make butter. Hitherto, we have produced this butter in a 2kg or 25kg format for the food industry. Indeed, many quality local producers endorse this butter and used it in a number of award winning products in 2005 Great Taste Awards.
