Pasta Twists with Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese and Young Peas

A light summertime dish......

400g fresh pasta twists (fusilli)
225g podded fresh young peas
150g cream cheese
2 cloves fresh garlic, grated

Cook the pasta and just before it is done, add the peas to it and cook briefly - just to heat the peas through.

Drain the pasta and peas then put them back into the still-warm pan with the cream cheese and garlic.

Mix gently and serve immediately.
