A light summertime dish...... 400g fresh pasta twists (fusilli)
Cook the pasta and just before it is done, add the peas to it and cook briefly - just to heat the peas through. Drain the pasta and peas then put them back into the still-warm pan with the cream cheese and garlic. Mix gently and serve immediately. |
