Our Gourmet Pasta - quick, comforting and nutritious
Our aim has been to create a range of fresh gourmet pasta that is able to compete with the very best of “ Made in Italy”, using as many locally grown ingredients as possible. We only use fresh ingredients, including freerange eggs and we roll our pasta sheets in a traditional way, thus creating an authentic, quality product. Our pasta does not contain any preservatives, additives or colourings. It has a shelf life of 2 weeks and a truly fresh pasta taste. It can be both frozen and cooked from frozen.

Why we make our own....
We started making pasta in 2004 after purchasing a small second hand pasta extruder. We soon realised there was a considerable market for fresh pasta. In addition to this, Claire Bookham had previously spent seven years in Italy and was disappointed by the lack of fresh, quality pasta products in the UK. This prompted us to create a range of fresh pasta that is able to compete with the very best of “ Made in Italy”, without losing sight of the principles outlined in our mission statement.
We produce a full range of fresh pasta for you to add your favourite sauces. Or you can melt some of our South Downs butter, add a few sage or basil leaves and let the pure flavours speak for themselves. See Serving Suggestions for many more ideas on how to prepare your fresh pasta.
